The Women’s Hospitality Pathway (WHP) is a transformative initiative dedicated to expanding economic opportunity, strengthening the hospitality workforce, and empowering women to achieve long-term stability. Rooted in evidence-based workforce development practices, the program addresses critical industry challenges—including labor shortages, skills gaps, and retention issues—while providing women with a structured pathway to self-sufficiency.
