About Us
The Women’s Hospitality Pathway (WHP) is a transformative initiative dedicated to expanding economic opportunity, strengthening the hospitality workforce, and empowering women to achieve long-term stability. Rooted in evidence-based workforce development practices, the program addresses critical industry challenges—including labor shortages, skills gaps, and retention issues—while providing women with a structured pathway to self-sufficiency.
WHP integrates hospitality training, career development, and comprehensive supportive services within a purpose-built training and residential facility on Main Street in College Park, Georgia. This state-of-the-art environment—located less than two miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport—serves as both a training hub and a catalyst for regional workforce revitalization.
Through a holistic and results-driven approach, WHP equips participants with essential job skills, professional habits, and personal development tools needed for long-term success. The program is designed to foster independence, stability, and sustainable career growth, creating lasting impact for individuals and the communities they serve.
